While I have come to The Marin School on temporary assignment, I have quickly come to feel like a part of this wonderfully inclusive, welcoming family. Starting my career in Business Operations in Telecommunications, it wasn't until I started volunteering at my children's school that I realized a love for working with educators and students. Working with Can Do! Education Foundation in San Rafael for 10 years as Campaign Director, CFO, and ultimately Executive Director, I had the opportunity to leverage my MBA and professional experience with my passion for education to work with and connect to my community. I am so grateful for the opportunity to do the same here at The Marin School!

Originally from New Jersey, I transferred with my employer to San Francisco in 1997, for what I thought would be only a year or two. However, after meeting my partner, a San Rafael native, on a flight from Orange County in 1998, I put down roots in the Bay Area. Currently, I live in San Rafael with my husband and 2 teenage children, and our rescue dog, Ginger. In addition to interior and graphic design, I love spending time in the mountains and at the beach, and to travel back east whenever I get a chance to visit friends and family.
