(She/Her)

I joined The Marin School staff during the summer of 2019. I first fell in love with working in an educational setting when I began volunteering at my children’s elementary school 10 years ago. My once-a-week commitment to volunteering in their classroom quickly became five days a week, and also included organizing the school's all-volunteer healthy lunch program that served hundreds of students each day. The experience ultimately led to working full-time in the school district's Special Day Classroom, a small group specialized academic instructional setting for K-3rd grade students. Thereafter, I took on an administrative role at the Miller Creek District Office for a year but quickly realized that I missed working directly with students. The TMS Office Manager position allows me to utilize my administrative skills while seeing all the amazing students hard at work -- the best of both worlds!

I am a Marin native -- my parents still live in my childhood home in Larkspur! I have been a San Rafael resident since 2004, and live with my husband, two teenage sons, and a rescue mutt. I love taking long walks, traveling, am a sock knitting fanatic, a mask sewer, and dream of owning cashmere and angora goats.
