Visual Arts at the Marin school
For students enrolled in Photography 2, this course continues to instruct students in more advanced fundamentals of photography and broaden their technical skills and aesthetic values.

Students will begin the development process of seeking their own style by investigating new materials for drawing, painting, printmaking and mixed media. Projects are assigned to allow for personal interpretation, innovation and problem-solving.

Photography encompasses all aspects of digital image making, including the software program Adobe Photoshop, digital color theory and fine art inkjet printing. Emphasis is placed on the creative process, while exploring electronic image making as an effective form of communication used by photographers, artists, and designers today.
