Cesar Chavez Day of Service at The Marin School

On Friday, March 27th, the entire TMS community galvanized into action to give back to our community! We packed up our lunches and our tools and spent the day at China Camp State Park clearing and repairing trails.

Following our day of community service, we were lucky enough to have Anthony Chavez, grandson of Cesar Chavez, speak to our community about his grandfather's legacy. We capped off the day with a screening of the film Cesar Chavez.
